Biagio Fraulo, JP was appointed Under Sheriff of Greater London in April 2021
He started his career in the telecommunications industry with the Cable & Wireless Group, where he held various management positions including bid management and strategy.
He holds an MBA from City University (now Bayes) Business School.
In addition to his role as Under Sheriff of Greater London, he is the Founding Clerk of the Guild of Investment Managers.
He was previously Clerk to the Worshipful Company of Arbitrators between 2015 and 2020, and also Clerk to the Guild of Mercers’ Scholars between 2017 and 2025.
Biagio serves as Ward Beadle to Bread Street Ward, supporting Sir William Russell, Past Lord Mayor of the City of London.
Biagio sits as a Magistrate at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court, having been appointed to the Magistrates’ Bench in 2008.
